Q.

My baby is 4 months 17 days old, but he is still unable to use his hands for holding things or touching objects, mostly keeping his hands into fist. Also, he has not yet started to turn or flip and always lies on his back. When do babies generally start these activities?

A. Hai good morning !! Generally babies roll over by 3-5 months, tries to hold things after 4-5 + months.. But play with fists, touching own feet, drooling, pulling hair... Observe if baby responding voices, sounds looking at sounds, when person or mother speaks observe expressions, constantly staring at moving objects like fan, window, ceiling. Give tummy time Place a blnaket/mat on floor keep baby on tummy (roll over position for 5-10 minutes) this will help in improving ab strength, helps in roll over, crawling...
