My baby is 4 months 10 days old having constipation problem,may I give soaked Raisin water to my baby please advise

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 4.4 months old and he is having a constipation then give him enough nutritious breast milk and use soap stick or glycerin syringe at his rectum

Constipation is a chronic problem seen in children and most important cause is diet modification so firstly it should be taken care of. gifve good fibre diet with plenty of liquids and avoidance of food which can aggravate constipation like Banana excess of milk and maida containing food. medications like lactulose PEG or glycerine suppository should be second option
