Q.

My baby is 4 month old. His weight is 6kg. All say that he is week. I give him breastmilk only so what I should eat to gain baby's weight.?

A. 6kgs is actually a very good weight for a baby who is four months old. By five months of age the baby should double the birthweight. The mother should take high protein diet for the baby to gain weightWrite Your Answer Here

A. as a mother you will have to take all the supplements given by your doctor that is multivitamin iron folic acid calcium vitamin b12 and vitamin d and along with this also take all types of homemade food made from serials pulses vegetable milk and fruits and drink at least 500 ml milk everyday

A. If your baby's doctor thinks it's necessary, you may have to supplement your baby with additional feedings of either pumped breast milk or infant formula. You can also try to pump and separate your foremilk from your hindmilk. Hindmilk is higher in fat and calories, which can help your baby gain more weight.
