My baby girl has just completed 4 months... But her weight is very low she s very lean... So please anyone suggest to make my baby gain weight

The only option that you have a part from breast feeding is formula feeding if you feel your child is not gaining sufficiently well with the feeling that you are offering it is going to be good for you to go ahead with giving formula feeding to the child as well along with the breastfeeding that you are offering
