my baby is 4 month old but breast milk supply is very low how can I increase breast milk and give him formula milk less?

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 12 yr 7 m old boy13 hours agoA. Hello! Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your daily diet. The more your baby suckles breastmilk directly , the better supply. Consult a lactation specialist for further assistance in this process
