Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 12 yr 3 m old boy3 weeks agoA. Hello! Medication or any kind of supplements should be taken only on consultation with the doctor. Maybe you can check with your doctor in this matter. In the meantime include methi, roasted makhana, jeera , saunf in your diet
