my baby is 4 month after delivery I had periods for more than 40 day I under went unani medicine treatment and got everything right after that I got my periods regularly but this time my period is delayed from 20 March I breastfeeding my baby does breastfeeding effect periods

Hello ma’am take a pregnancy test 1st to be sure about if this is the reason or this is not the reason but if this is not the reason that it could be due to hormonal imbalance in the body and in that case you anyways will have to consult your gynaecologist once regarding the same for a proper medication
