My baby is 4 days old. Till now his eyes were fine, but since today afternoon his eyes have sticky yellow fluid kind of thing and he is unable to open his eyes. I clean this fluid but it again comes after few minutes. It is more prominent when he cries. This is yellow thick fluid. Is it normal? It has come suddenly

This can happen with some kids initially but if the fluid is very thick and it’s coming over and over within minutes then check with your doctor because they will be able to give me better assistance of any eyedrops would be helpful right now otherwise keep cleaning it with water that would be the best to do
