my baby is 3y 9m. his teeths are still 20 only, when rest of the teeths will come

ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist4 years agoA. Hi kids get their complete set of 20 milk teeth by the age of 3 years.. later these milk teeth start to fall by the age of 5-6 years and permanent teeth will erupt in that position.
