hi my daughter is 20 months old n her there is cavity in her teeth there are only 10 teeths out of which one tooth is cavity what shall I do? does it affect her other teeths or does other teeths doesn't come?

Dr. Krutika Jain SanghaviGuardian of a 9 yr 1 m old girl6 years agoA. Hello Yes if the cavity gets bigger in size and reached the nerve It can cause infection of the tooth . This can damage the permanent tooth that is developing beneath . Hence you must take good care of the milk teeth .

NikithaMom of a 11 yr old child6 years agoA. hello .poor oral hygiene is the cause for cavity in child..you should be using flouride free toothpaste and brush your child teeth twice a day..once in the morning and once in the night...also check out with your dentist
