ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician4 years agoA. hi your baby is 3 months old now reason for baby to be irritable and not able to feed are gas in tummy or abdominal colic or nose bolck.so burp well give warm massage to belly and make cycling movements of both legs and put nasivion pediatric drops 1 drop in each nostril
