how do I know my 3months baby boy enough milk is drinking while breastfeeding...

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy2 years agoA. Hello good morning !! If baby is gaining weight according to age , sleeping well 13-18 hours a day, peeing normally 7-10 times a day and tummy looks filled..
If you observe tummy looks flat , always crying to latch even after feed,not sleeping properly not gaining average weight might be due to insufficient milk.
Have lactating foods - Milk, diary products, rusk, bread toast, papaya, chikoo, garlic, garlic milk, poppy seeds, mutton kheema helps in increasing milk production
Have more water, fluids and give frequent direct feeds .
