Q.

My baby is 3months old today we put Dt injection for my baby she have fever and I gave paracetamol syrup 0.5ml and my family members told to give water with it

A. if the baby is having fever there is no problem giving paracetamol drops to the baby we can give milk to the baby immediately after giving paracetamol drops do not use water
