My baby is 3months 13days old he put his hands on his mouth all the time n if i hold him on my shoulder he continuously press his upper jaws on my shirt is this teething occurs

Sometimes, they signal hunger or sleepiness, and this is also a way to learn hand-mouth coordination. it is also a milestone in the baby's growth phase. My daughter does this even though she's 2 months and 22 days old.
