Q.

My baby is 3month old he has seviour cold but no running nose but I took him to hospital and we got him medicines .. After getting cold He has watery eyes like more in right side eye ….and not often he will be red in colour sometimes below his eyebrow he will get redness … But in left eye some times he get water very less very less!! His eye balls all are clear in both eyes no problem .. Is it because of cold or before the day he had nose block i ores nasel saline drops it unknowingly went near his eyes corner but don go in his eyes … My doctor checked his eyes today and he said it may be because of cold Note : his eyes balls eye colour all r clear oly water more in right eye ..less in left very less

A. Consult your doctor who will examine the baby and will advise you with further management and investigations if any required because without examination it is difficult to comment on the current situation. Baby is having cold cough and fever then it can be due to viral infection you need to give him steam inhalation indirectly to times in the day and also keep him well hydrated .consult with your doctor near by who will examine the baby and guide you with appropriate medications in their proper dose. Viral fever can last from 3-5 days so you need to to give the prescribed medications for this duration at least and if it is persistent beyond you need to go for the investigation as per the advice of the doctor
