my baby is 3 years old and she is burping more than usual today saying that she is hungry? don't know why.. could anyone help?

A. check how frequently he does and specifically after what food. offer her ajwain water that can help with digestion. also check with Dr. if reflux continues if this is repetitive to rule our any digestive troubles. avoid oily n spicy foods
