my baby is 3 years and 3 months old and her temp is 102.5 f I gave her paracetamol but temp don't subside what should I do

A. Hello, your baby girl is 3.3 years old and she is having a fever upto 102.5 degrees so it’s very high temperature so give her 5 ml syrup ibugesic plus three times a day and cold water sponges
