It Could definitely be due to colic pain only because when the stomach Titans it’s mostly due to stomach pain and for this you can give a medicine which is absolutely related to stomach pain your doctor must have advised you to go for the right medicine and mostly it is colic aid otherwise you can go for Himalaya bonnie spaz as well
