mam,you must include some measures in daily life style :
1.exercise
2.diet and nutrition
3.posture
4 . support
so ,some common exercises like pushups , swimming,bench press ,arm curls etc can definitely help you in this.
Try to eat a balanced , healthy diet to feed and nourish your skin so it stays healthy , strong and resilient for many years to come.
It is also important to maintain an optimal weight for your body type.
Importantly ,make sure you drink enough water through out day.
maintain good posture ,it works to evenly distribute the weight in your body and help protect against sagging.
Wear well fit inner wear,it should not be too tight or too loose.
