A. Dear mum, what’s your baby’s birth weight and current weight? If baby is active, alert, achieving all growth milestones, passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours, then do not worry. For healthy weight gain and growth, exclusively breastfeed your baby till 6 months complete. At one episode of breast feeding feed from only one breast so that baby receives fat rich hindmilk which will help in weight gain.
