Q.

I have 4 months old baby and she is premature baby.her born weight is 1.5kg.now she gain 4kg ..last one month she gain only 500grams...um worried about her weight.is it okay to gain 500 grams in one month..I'm giving breastfeeding

A. it's fine in first six months the minimum weight gain should be 500 mg per month and it can go up to 1 kg per month also. the urine output should be more than 6 to 7 times per day. the child should sleep after taking feeding. meet the doctor for weight assessment. if the above criteria is achieved then the child is having adequate milk intake.x if the growth of the child is proper there is no need to worry about the sleeping pattern/ feeding as well as the stool frequency of the child x

A. What is the minimum genu 400 g is very very healthy so your child has gained 500 g in a month so that’s excellent that means your child is getting very well as per the birthdate of the child it is going very very good don’t worry about itWrite Your Answer Here
