My baby is 3 months old. In his face white patches appeared on one side. what can i do? what is the reason??

White spots on the body and face could be some fungal infection or some conditions like pityriasis Alba which is aggravated by dryness of the skin it needs proper clinical evaluatiron by the doctohir. Proper mousturisation of skin is very important and maintain a good hygiene .
