my baby is 3 months old I have to go for work can anyone suggest me how should I pump milk how much amount for 10 hrs can I take galactogouges to increase pumping amount plss suggest

Hello ma’am Yes you can take lactation tablets to increase your lactation if they help you otherwise if you want to express your feet can just get a breast pump and you can express your feet and it completely depends as to how much feed your child has so through the day or at one point of time so suppose if your child has 60 ML at one point of time and every two hours if your child takes a feed and you were away for at least eight hours then at least you need to have a 240 to 250 ML of milk and still if you do not make sufficient quantity of milk after lactation tablets also then start with formula feed
