i m a doctor n work for govt hospital. my duty hrs are for 9 hrs from 8 to 5pm . in this duration how many times should i pump and i wash my hands throughly before pump still doubtful about milk quality as its a hospital #asktheexperts

A. Just wash your hands properly before you come you just have to wash your hands properly whenever you are pumping that’s very clean and also clean your breast properly before you come and that’s what you have to do you do not have to keep repeating Write Your Answer Here
