A. they are also known as breath holding spells which many times occur due to change in behaviour of the child as well as it is commonly associated with iron deficiency anaemia. it is important that you should give iron supplements to the child as well as foodt rich in iron and during the episode it is important to move the child away from that environment to a new environment and then divert the child.f it is a self limiting problem and will go away in next 2 or 3 months maximum.

A. Sometimes when kids are crying it very loud pitch deck and actually skip a breath but that is completely normal but if it has been happening with your child every now and then then it is better to take an assessment with your doctor because without proper check up I also cannot give you a correct help on that
