my baby is 3 months old from yesterday,he is not gaining weight ,he doesn't look fat

A. Dear mum, do not go by your baby’s appearance. Being fat is not the indicator for good health. If baby is active, alert, passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours, achieving all growth milestones, gaining adequate weight at least 500 grams per month then your baby’s health is absolutely normal.

A. what is current weight of baby.. babies should gain around 500-700g per month and should be double the birth weight at 4-6months and three times the birth weight at completion of one year.. exclusively breast feeding recommended for six months.. you can start with vitamin drops as zincovit Or A to Z drops consulting your pediatric..
