my baby is 3 months old ,from me she got cold and cough please recommend any drops and usage of it ???

Abhinaya MadiwalGuardian of a 3 yr 2 m old girl3 years agoA. my 3 months old baby girl is having chest congestion. I'm giving mucolite drops and nasal saline. there is some relief from congestion but not completely gone. please suggest a cough drops for cough due to mucus.
also suggest if I need to use nebulizer

Cough and cold can we because of some allergic reaction in the body most of the time itg is viral in the origin need to give symptomatic treatment first like steam inhalation and some home remedies cough expgectorant may be required along with anti allergic medications
