my baby is 3 months old doing loose motions twice a day. what to do plz suggest.

A. its watery foamy motions woth foul smell. and also baby will develop red skin around anus area.

A. hi mommy, how do u know if baby has loose. motions. or normal? as baby at this stage is on mom feed and their poo has usually semi solid consistency. in case baby is going to poo more than 3-4 times and is irritable or not feeding properly, it seems no issue. but still if u think it is loose motion, take a consultation from your pediatrician
