my 4 year kid is vomiting twice a day and have problem with mild loose motions. what should be done?

A. If lose motions and vomiting bottle happening at the same time there could be a chance that your child is either have your food poisoning or as infection in the stomach so without consulting the doctor kindly do not give any medicine to the child
