My baby is 3 months old and exclusively breast feed .. can mom eat eggs ?

Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Eggs are a good source of protein and many vitamins. You can consume eggs few times a week while breastfeeding. Avoid raw eggs. A full boiled egg or omelette can be taken. Also take eggs slowly. After u take eggs in the subsequent days if u notice any allergic reaction in ur baby then u should stop taking it.
