My baby is 5.5 months old, she's having CMPA. She's exclusively on breastfeed. Can I eat eggs or I should avoid it??

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom do you mean by cow milk protein allergy is it ? If that’s the case then only that need to be avoided , you can have eggs , but try to have in small quantities initially to check how well it’s going with the baby if their is no sign of reaction as such then avoid it
