Q.
My baby is 3 months 10 days old. Her birth weight was 3.1 kg and now it is 4.54 kg. she is exclusively on breastfeeding as of now and takes feed every 2 hrs. What can i do to increase her weight? Should i change something in my diet?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. Baby will be getting around 20 to 25 grams per day in 1st 3 months of age probably baby is having little less weight but at present nothing is required continue mother's feeling to the baby

Ur Child has gained about 1 1/2 kg in three months that’s perfectly alright because if a child is gaining somewhere around a minimum of 500 g also quite an ideal weight gain for the child so if you think that your child’s weight is less than I feel it is right according to the age
