my baby is 3 month 29 day his birth weight is 3.5 now 6.75 kg, last one month back 6.2 kg only 500 gram increasre this month

They generally grow in height about 1 to 1½ inches (2.54 to 3.81 centimeters) during the first month. Many newborns go through a period of rapid growth when they are 7 to 10 days old and again at 3 and 6 weeks.In the first three months, a baby should gain, on average, 140 to 210 grams (five to 7½ ounces) per week
