my baby is 3 month 15 days okd and has sneezing with running nose dr prescribed nosofit drops hipen clave syrup nano cold abut still nose is running what to do

A. the baby is 3 months 15 days of age for simple cood you are using appropriate drugs but generally cold infection will take at least one week time to subside please continue the medicines
