my baby is 3 & half month old,she is not passing the motion from last 6 days & she is doing it from last 2 times,what to do?

A. baby 3 and half months also if the baby is not passing motion there may be some constitution should give bonnisan drops and neopeptinedropped to the baby and give exclusive breastfeeding only
