my baby is 2years 5 momth still not talking well he is singing rhymes, numbers but not telling us i am hungry and thursty etc only shows action.what to do?

A. Then u should consult your doc for that as it seems like the child isn’t understanding basic conversation but only responding to music and all as the child may have seen a lot of screen time so it maybe because of that
