my baby is 28 day old , he has some small pimples in his face and yellow substance in his eyes . really worried

it is one of sign of Infection.
you should consult your pediatrician.
clean your child eyes with fresh tap water.

it might be baby acne .
usually they disappear by own naturally.
so no need of medication for this.
just prefer Cotton clothing for your child.
avoid using any cosmetics.
but if a child feel discomfort or having pus filled pimples then please visit your pediatrician.
