my baby is 26 days old and I am giving him 3 times a day formula cuz of my less feed today I pumped and checked on 5- 6 ml milk came . plz suggest how can I increase my breast milk

for milk production, feed the baby continuously which will help you to produce more.
the more milk you give the baby the more milk will be produced.
completely empty one breast before going to the other and lets the baby correctly.
include jeera fenugreek flax seed, in the diet.
have lots of water and also have raw papaya daily which will help to produce milk.
relax more and get rid of the tension.
