A. Reduce one feed if baby is taking solid meal. Suppose, if earlier u were giving six formula feed during the day, now give 5

A. Hi Abhaya, thank you for the reply. My baby has started solids one meal a day. Should I still feed him formula according to this calculation or will the intake be less because of solids. Thanks

A. Hi mom Formula milk is measured as per the body weight each day. Babeis they require between 150-200 ml of formula per kg of body weight each day. If ur baby is 3 kgs then the baby will require 450-600 ml of milk in a day. So u can calculate according to the birth weight of ur baby. Start with one meal in a day.
