my baby is 25 days old his birth weight was 2.9 but now he is 2.8 still he has not gained weight always he will be sleepy nd I am giving both breast milk as well as formula..I am worried about his weight nd health

Mam your child has already lost hundred grams in the weight which is very unhealthy despite of being on a combination feeding your child is not gaining at all and that’s not a healthy sign I would advise you to talk to your doctor and shift your child totally to formula and that formula which will ensure weight gain of your child
