My baby is 24 months old but he has only 4 teeth till now, why his teething is delayed?

ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist3 years agoA. your child should get all the 20 teeth by the age of 3 years. the child's first dental visit should be done by the child's first birthday. your dentist will check and let you know in case anything needs to be done
