Q.

my baby is 22month old,he is suffering from fever last from sunday,fever goes and come agin 48hr inerval..during urine test bacteria present..starting antibiotics 2day ago

A. but fever doesn't goes permanently..it goes and come again every 12 to 48hours..what to do

A. Fever is when the temperature of the body goes above 99 degree fahrenheit and the safest medicine in such situation is paracetamol which can be repeated after 6 hours again if required in a proper dose . Alternative medicine can also be tried if required like ibuprofen and mefenamic acid preparatitons. cold sponging of the whole body with tap water can be beneficial too to bring the temperature down .
