My baby is 20 months old his gums are bleeding since couple of days whenever he eats any solid substance like apple ,potato etc . Is this something concerning or is it related to any dental issue kindly suggest

These issues tend to arrive suddenly and manifest themselves as sharp, localized pain. Gum disease is more likely to appear as a general ache accompanied by consistent light bleeding
