my baby is 20 days old, there is redness and swelling around navel, have used neosprin powder and tbact..does this look serious?

It It’s not clear to me because I think the place already has too much of powder or any cream into it which is why it’s very difficult to comment on it if you feel that there’s anything wrong into it then you should get a check with your paediatrician a personal assessment would always do feel things in a better manner
