Q.

My baby is 2 years old. But he is very weak.Tell me something in the food that he can eat and see a difference in his health too.

A. Give protein rich diet...as protien is building unit of our body. Like- all types of pulses, eggs, all milk and milk products, banana, youghrt, beans, chickpeas, tofu, nuts.These foods are important for your child’s bone growth, muscle development and stimulate his body growth
