shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hello Mom it is very important that you should brush the teeth regularly if child is not able to spit properly then make use of the toothpaste which is fluoride free of any good brand like Himalaya and it is also possible if you are giving some iron supplement in that is also the colour of the teeth can change
