ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist3 years agoA. Hi no it's okay. kids have 20 milk teeth and this complete set of milk teeth erupts by 3-3.5 years. gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth to facilitate the eruption process of teeth

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy3 years agoA. Babies are usually born with 20 baby teeth (also known as primary teeth). They start to come through the gums at about 6 months and all the teeth have usually appeared by the time the baby is 2 to 3 years old.
