A. Hi no it's okay. kids have 20 milk teeth and this complete set of milk teeth erupts by 3-3.5 years. gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth to facilitate the eruption process of teeth

A. Babies are usually born with 20 baby teeth (also known as primary teeth). They start to come through the gums at about 6 months and all the teeth have usually appeared by the time the baby is 2 to 3 years old.
