#asktheexpert my daughter is going to be 7 years old. her teeth has not fallen yet and new teeth didn't come as well. is it a matter of concern?

ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist4 years agoA. Hi usually kids milk teeth start to fall by the age of 5.5-6.5 years.. and within a gap of 3-6 months permanent teeth erupts.. but it's late if your kid's milk teeth have not fallen yet..
