my baby is 2 months old,he is passing the stool once for every three days n he is straining for it and also his stool is little hard..kindly mention some remedies to pass regular and free motion

A. Help your baby by holding the knees against the chest. This is like squatting for your baby. This is the natural position for pushing out a stool. It's hard to have a stool lying down. Gently pumping the left side of the belly also helps.
