Q.

#AskTheExpert my 1 month baby boy is straining all the night for passing stool. in the morning he passed stool and is normal he is not having fever or any other symptoms. what are the ways we can reduce him from straining

A. I am breast feeding him and no other formula milk is given to him.

A. Constipation in Babies less than 6 months is very common and more in formula fed babies. you can give bonnisang drops and some enzyme preparations in proper dose suggested by doctor and cow's milk should bje avoided before 1 year of age
